How much will it cost?
We strive to offer the best service at a very competitive price, but
it is impossible for us to know how much your project will cost
before we've learned more about it. As such, we will be happy to
provide you with an estimate following a free initial consultation,
during which we will have found out what you're looking for, and
looked at any systems you are currently using (databases,
spreadsheets, paperwork, etc.).
Some projects cost only a few thousand pounds and most probably fall
within the range of about £5,000 to £10,000, but some will cost more
than that. So please feel free to

needs in detail.
How long will it take?
This all depends on the size and complexity of the project, but we
will be able to give you a good idea of timescales following the
free initial consultation. Please

Can you remodel an existing database?
Absolutely. And we can usually remodel it while you are still
working in your old copy of it, so we don't interrupt your workflow.

Do you provide user training for your systems?
Yes. We offer on-site training to your users. Our systems are,
however, extremely user-friendly and intuitive and, as such, often
very little training is required.
What support do you provide?
We pride ourselves on responsiveness to our customers. The technical
support for your system will come from the very programmers and
analysts who designed and built the software. We never outsource our
technical support, because no generic phone centre will ever be able
to support our customers as well as we do.
